📦 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At Noctis Glow, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If your piece isn’t quite what you envisioned, we offer a smooth return experience under the terms below.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most non-custom jewelry.

📝 Before You Return

Please contact us first at service@noctisglow.com before sending any items back. We'll provide detailed return instructions to ensure your piece is safely received.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • All returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of scratches or damage.

  • Custom pieces, engraved jewelry, or items damaged after delivery are non-refundable.

  • Returns must include tracking & signature confirmation.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping is non-refundable.

⛔ Restocking Fees:

  • Orders canceled within 72 hours of purchase: No fee.

  • Orders canceled after 72 hours and for completed rings: 30% restocking fee applies.
    This fee covers taxes, packaging, materials, and labor already committed to production.

💡 Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

✨ Warranty Coverage

All Noctis Glow jewelry includes our 90-day craftsmanship warranty — because your piece deserves to last a lifetime.

✅ Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Ring resizing (up to one size difference)

  • Repairs within 90 days of purchase

🚫 Not Covered:

  • Wear and tear from daily use

  • Discoloration from exposure to water, chemicals, lotions, or cosmetics

  • Bent prongs, worn settings, or gemstone loss due to impact or lack of maintenance

  • Loss or theft of jewelry

  • Damage from failure to service your jewelry when needed

Please note: Fine jewelry, especially rings, is delicate and subject to wear. Regular maintenance — such as prong tightening or polishing — is essential and not included under warranty.
