How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred design, choose the metal and ring size, and click “Add to Bag” to proceed to checkout. For custom-made pieces, we recommend reaching out to us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram for one-on-one guidance before ordering.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we’re happy to help make adjustments. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request via email or DM.

Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes — creating personalized, meaningful jewelry is at the heart of Noctis Glow. From selecting the perfect lab-grown gemstone to engraving your initials or designing from scratch, our design specialists are here to turn your vision into reality.
How does the custom design process work?
- Consultation — Share your inspiration and preference.
- Sketch Phase — We develop a design sketch for your feedback.
- 3D Rendering — Upon approval, we create a 3D digital mockup.
- Creation & Delivery — Your piece is handcrafted and delivered with care.
Is there a deposit required for custom pieces?
Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit before starting the design process. This covers initial design and consultation work and will be credited toward your final order.
Sizing
How do I find my correct ring size?
You can refer to our online size guide, or contact us for a free printable sizing chart. For extra peace of mind, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing.
Do you offer resizing?
Some of our designs can be resized depending on the style and metal. Please contact us to confirm if resizing is possible for your specific piece.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with free standard shipping on all orders. Express and insured delivery options are also available at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order pieces: Ship within 3–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for non-custom, unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are possible for non-custom items in new condition. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item and we’ll help guide the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty & Aftercare
Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
Yes. All Noctis Glow pieces come with a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes — whether it's resizing, polishing, or replacing a missing stone, our team is happy to assist. Contact us with photos and details for a repair quote.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve its shine, clean your piece gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or impact. Store in a fabric-lined box when not in use.
